All built right here in North America! • Roller Hold Down System The APE CNC roller hold down system utilizes two pneumatic cylinders to bring pressure on the workpiece using the rollers. This feature is perfect for a small shop looking for automated machining, as it provides safe, secure hold down without the need for 3 phase power for a vacuum table, or the expense of a complete vacuum hold down. When the machine completes one tool operation, the spindle returns to Home Position, where the operator can change tools with the push of a single button. The tool change is accomplished in seconds, without the need for expensive and intricate PLC controls. The tools are all pre-indexed to the same length, so there is no need to re-zero any axis between tool changes. • ArtCAM Express CAD Software (with Nesting Module) ArtCAM Express is the perfect CAD software solution for your iRouter Ultimate machine.
