Original Saw has been manufacturing sawing equipment in its northern Iowa facility for over 20 years. We currently manufacture electric arbor motors, radial arm saws, metal cutting radial arms, horizontal beam saws, material handling extension tables, manual measuring systems, DC drive systems, and miter saw stands. All of our equipment is manufactured in the USA by our skilled employees that make up the Original Saw team. We care about what we are building and that the customer is satisfied with their purchase.
Metal Cutting Super Duty Radial Arms are our line of metal cutting saws. These saws are the ultimate workhorse of their industry and are capable of operating 2-3 shifts per day in an industrial sawing environment. These saws for metal are able to do a wide variety of cutoff work. Applications include aluminum cutting, steel cutting, as well as miter cuts, bevel cuts and compound miter cuts. Various other materials such as brass, bronze, plastics and fiberglass can also be cut with our Metal Cutting Super Duty Radial Arms Saws.
Our Beam Saw series is constructed of cast iron, cast aluminum, machined structural box tubing beam and heavy welded ‘U’ channel frame. It is capable of cutoff lengths of up to 65” and up to 6.25” deep. The hardened and ground, smooth replaceable track rails and our time tested motors will produce many years of trouble free service, and are capable of a variety of cut off and dado operations. This machine, coupled with our new release power carriage feed accessories, make the machine a semi-automatic platform capable of a wide variety of production cutting operations.
